Partial Iraq Vote Results Expected Soon
In the midst of the War on Terror, Iraq recently held an election for Iraqi office, with American troops aiding in the peacekeeping. Irsurgents fired rockets, killing nigh to 50 people, but according to the census, 2 of every 3 elgible voters cast their ballot.
The results to the election are due shortly, after officials have worked around the clock counting the votes. I for one, am genuinely eager to see what the longterm outcome will be. I fear that with the lack of a native military, insurgency wars will crack the country as soon as the U.S. pulls out. However, on the other hand, it might be a milestone on the road to democracy. If it is, it would certainly bring good out of the 7 year struggle.

Gay Couples in DC Tie the Knot
Wow. I mean, WOW! Check your calendars everyone. I hadn't realized that is was gay appreciation week! Roy Ashburn comes out of the closet, Eric Massa is making progress toward that, and now this. Gays and lesbians gather in the capital to get married today, in one of the six sites that this is legal. Should I say more? Or should I just let you read the links?

Anti Gay Senator Wearing Rainbows, Finally
Angels wear halos, and gays wear rainbows. Or didn't you know that? Rainbows stand for diversity, (different colors) that combine together (the rainbow) to make something "normal" and "spectacular". Hmm. Sounds captivating, at least to homosexuals.
Any way, Anti-gay California State Senator Roy Ashburn is going rainbow. After voting against gay rights for 14 years, he must have met a really cute girl (oops, guy.) He was arrested on DUI charges outside a gay club in D.C. recently, with an unidentified young male. On a radio interview on Monday, Mr. Ashburn stated he is, (yes, gay.)

Read and Laugh
So, I was up late updating the blog, right? Then I run into this choice, (I mean very) choice story on the times. Eric J. Massa, the fallen Congressman, says he tickled staff members and wrestled with them but he did nothing sensual. News FLASH!
Now as far I would reason, Mr. Massa is stepping down before the walls crumble around his ears. You see, no one who simply tickled someone or said something salty would step down would he? (And why is he really living with f other men?) Does anyone else smell something fishy? Its obvious, if you think a little, he is resigning to keep from suffering from futher investigation! I am thinking he might be...

More injustices on the part of US Judicial System
Recently, on my post about Terrorists Trials, I mentioned my dislike about the System. Here is one example: Michael Behenna, one of our men in the Armed Services was convicted of "illegally" killing an Islam Terrorist in Iraq. That makes total sense, doesn't it?
Lets think of it this way. The man is in the midst of a war. Its hot, dry, bombs are exploding everywhere, bullets are zinging like rain, and yet some genius convicts Michael Behenna of shooting a terrorist in a war zone. Lt. Behenna testified that the man jumped on him for his gun, evidence that can be sustained from links on this page: http://defendmichael.wordpress.com/.

In the article it mentions that the Al Qaida Seven, (as these White House lawyers are known as) are following the American "tradition" of defending the enemy, like John Adams did in the Revolution, defending british soldiers, accused of war crimes.
However, this incident (White House Layers defending enemies) is being protested by Dick Cheney's daughter Liz. Now I am not a fan of Dick, and I really don't think highly of her, as I think she is not all that sure of what is really going on in America, but in all honesty, I believe that something isn't right about the actions of the Al Qaida Seven Lawyers. Can we agree someone should look into it, (Other than Liz, though? Or Sarah Palin?)

Terrorist Trials

I mentioned in the earlier post what my views are, what I hope to accomplish, who I intend to reach, and I hinted at my blogging style....
On this blog, news and articles will be posts formed by me. Some of them will be an article I have written, some of them will be videos, pictures or news stories, with my attached comments, or just an external link, depending on the time frame and what I have available. As I mentioned in "Logos" I will take suggestions for posts from readers as time progresses, and/or mention a cause, group or notifications.
At first I will update the blog no less than twice a week, if all goes according to plan. I will probably update it more often than that, but in the case that things are slow, or I am busy, the minimum is two updates a week.
Thanks for your support. For those of you who haven't seen me on facebook, my group is We Need to Take America Back. Look it up.
